If you are a new parent with an infant from 3 months to 9 months of age: Kerriann Ostlund, MSW, LICSW of the Lexington Pediatrics Wellness Center, is offering a 3-part virtual new parent group.
Parents will learn about how to foster healthy relationships and bond with their baby, the social-emotional development of their baby, and provide "hands-on" activities to assist with fostering the parent-child relationship.
Those interested in attending can contact the Wellness Center at 781-862-4110 x4. Babies younger than 3 months old may also be considered if a parent is greatly in need of social connection with other new parents.
The first group will be held on Tuesday, January 25th at 5:30 p.m. via Epic Telehealth. The next two sessions will be held on Tuesday, January 28th and Tuesday, February 11th.
