Dr. Johanna Mailloux grew up in Central Massachusetts and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Middlebury College in 2001 with a BA in Classical Studies. At Middlebury she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa as a junior. Dr. Mailloux graduated from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester in 2005 before completing her residency in pediatrics at the University of Connecticut Pediatric Residency Program at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. She was chosen to serve as Chief Resident and spent her chief year focused on resident and medical student education and primary care. Following residency Dr. Mailloux spent five years in practice at a community health center in Holyoke, Massachusetts, before joining Lexington Pediatrics in 2014. She has particular interests in supporting new patients and breastfeeding moms as well as adolescent health care. Dr. Mailloux is Board Certified in Pediatrics, an Instructor in Pediatrics, part time, at Harvard Medical School, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. When not at work Dr. Mailloux enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, cooking and photography.
