Ariana Taghaddos, LMHC, NCC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and their families through various mental health needs. Ariana received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), followed by a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University’s School of Medicine.
Ariana has worked in a variety of school and outpatient settings, providing therapeutic and clinical services across all developmental ages. Her areas of clinical interest include, but are not limited to, anxiety and mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, chronic illness, and parent-coaching. She integrates evidence-based practices such CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into her work. Additionally, Ariana is trained in Neuroscience-Informed Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (nCBT), which enhances her ability to integrate neuroscience into her therapeutic approach.
Ariana emphasizes a holistic and patient-centered approach in her practice, working collaboratively with patients and their families. She is committed to delivering empathetic, well-rounded care tailored to each individual’s unique strengths and circumstances.
In her free time, Ariana enjoys staying active, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and spending time with friends and family.
